Appointments:

Making appointments is the best way to ensure that you receive your service(s) on the day and time that works best for you. You can book online at kalypsoroc.com or call us at (585) 417 -6624.
Walk-in’s are welcome but we cannot guarantee availability as appointments always take priority. To ensure your experience goes as smoothly as possible, we ask you arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. There will be a short form to fill out for all new clients upon arrival. As much as we would like to, we cannot guarantee service for late arrivals and may have to reschedule or abbreviate the intended services.

Cancellations

We totally understand that life happens and the unexpected can appear at any time. We respectfully ask at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling of an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50 % charge of the total services booked.

No Shows

If you simply don’t show up to your confirmed appointment, you will be charged 100 % of your full service amount. Your appointment is time set aside specifically for you. Our calendar tends to fill up quickly and we have a waiting list of clients who would have loved to take that time slot.

Age Requirement

All clients 17 and under must have a parent with them.

Return Policy

We are happy to exchange/refund unopened retail items with a receipt provided. We do not offer refunds for opened items or any services.

General Etiquette

* We kindly ask no rude, crude or inappropriate behavior during services.

* As much as we love kids we ask you don’t bring in your children for their safety.

* We would also ask that no pets be brought in with you. A dog barking (or a baby crying) can be disrupting to another client who is trying to have a relaxing experience.

Payments

We accept all major credits cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover), Apple Pay and cold hard cash. We do not take checks.
